The best chocolate to use (and the healthiest kind to eat) contain at least 50 percent cacao. Dark chocolate - made from cacao beans- can help your skin as the beans are one of the best sources for antioxidants. It's antioxidant properties can help against the signs of ageing and scientists are even researching into a special chocolate drink which can offer UV protection and help with skin texture, hydration and reduce redness.
